The first step is a consultation with a plastic surgery specialist. You choose whether you want to book an online appointment or meet us in person at the clinic. During the appointment, you will be given medical information about risks, current waiting times and which techniques are best for you.
You will receive a specific treatment proposal based on your body. After the appointment, you will have a statutory reflection period of at least 7 days to decide in peace and quiet whether you want to give your consent.

You will rest in the recovery room. The area that has been operated on is swollen and bandaged. Most people go home the same day with instructions and pain relief.

Please monitor your recovery closely. You must avoid strenuous exercise, swimming and all forms of sexual activity or masturbation for four to six weeks to protect the surgical site.

A follow-up appointment to check the wound is usually scheduled after a week. A final check-up is booked in six months’ time.

Who is eligible for surgical penile enlargement?

How can you get a bigger penis without surgery?
Many people wonder about pumps, pills or weights as a way of naturally enlarging the penis. From a purely medical perspective, these methods lack any lasting scientific evidence of effectiveness. To achieve a permanent, actual anatomical change in the girth or length of the penis, surgery is the only proven method.
Is the result of surgical penis enlargement permanent?
Yes, the fat cells that survive the initial healing process following your operation remain permanently. The body naturally breaks down some of the transplanted fat (around 30–50 per cent) during the first few months, which is why the surgeon often slightly overcompensates for the volume during the procedure itself. If necessary, a touch-up treatment can be performed later to add further volume.
Will there be visible scarring after penile surgery?
Our specialists make the incisions with great care to ensure they are as discreet as possible. During a penile lengthening procedure, a small incision is made at the base of the penis, which is often well concealed by pubic hair. For adult male circumcision, the incision is placed very strategically just below the glans. Initially, the scars are red, but they fade over time and become very difficult to detect.
What is the recovery process like after frenulum surgery?
Frenulumplasty is a minor procedure, but the mucous membrane is sensitive. Healing usually takes 3–4 weeks. The stitches are absorbable and normally dissolve on their own. It is absolutely essential to avoid sexual activity during this time so that the lengthened frenulum heals strongly and without tightening up again.
How long is the sick leave following male genital surgery?
If you have a sedentary office job, you can usually return to work within three to five days of having penile surgery. If you have a physically demanding job involving heavy lifting, one to two weeks’ sick leave is often recommended.
Is circumcision performed under local anaesthetic?
Yes, circumcision for adult men due to phimosis (tight foreskin) can certainly be performed under local anaesthetic combined with sedatives, if you prefer to remain awake. However, many patients opt for general anaesthesia for optimal comfort and relaxation. You and your surgeon will discuss this together during the consultation.
Does it affect the ability to get an erection?
No. Whether it involves circumcision, surgical lengthening or fat grafting, the procedures are carried out on the skin, fatty tissue and the external ligaments. The surgery never affects the erectile tissue itself or the deep nerves that control potency, which means that your ability to achieve an erection remains exactly as before.
