Salmon sperm under the eyes
The skin in this area is extremely thin and reacts easily to increases in volume. We use specially formulated PDRN preparations that gently strengthen the tissue without drawing in unnecessary fluid, thereby reducing the dark appearance caused by underlying blood vessels showing through.

To address loss of elasticity across larger areas, the product is injected evenly across the cheeks or jawline. The aim is to support cellular regeneration and create a firmer, more hydrated skin texture.

Your journey towards treatment always begins with a consultation with one of our specialists. We examine your skin condition, listen to your wishes and ensure that polynucleotides are the right medical choice for your anatomy. Preparations for safe treatment
To ensure your skin is in the best possible condition and to minimise the risk of bruising, you will be given clear instructions in advance. We recommend that you stop taking omega-3 supplements, alcohol and blood-thinning medication (if your doctor allows) at least 48 hours beforehand. Please come to the clinic without make-up so that we can assess your skin in its natural state.
The day of treatment

We always work under completely sterile and strictly hygienic conditions. The area to be treated is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. As the injections are administered very superficially, we usually apply a strong anaesthetic cream.
Recovery & healing
Self-care and convalescence guidelines
It is completely normal for the skin to be red and for the papules to be clearly visible immediately afterwards. This fluid is naturally absorbed by your skin within 24 to 48 hours. To avoid bacteria and infection, you should not touch the injection sites or apply make-up during the first 24 hours. You should also avoid strenuous exercise, hot baths and saunas for two days.

Stimulating collagen and elastin is a biological process that rebuilds the tissue over time. That is why the treatment is carried out as a course of sessions. We will book you in for your next appointment in about three to four weeks. Once the full course has been completed, we will carry out a joint assessment of how your skin’s firmness and moisture levels have improved.

Does a salmon sperm serum or cream work just as well?
No. A salmon sperm cream or skincare product containing salmon sperm acts only on the surface of the epidermis and can provide temporary hydration. An injection delivers the medication deep into the dermis, where actual cell renewal and collagen production take place.
Is the treatment safe to have under the eyes?
Yes. The products have been specifically developed to gently firm the delicate skin under the eyes (the area under the eyes) without causing heavy, unwanted fluid retention.
Do the injections hurt?
The experience varies from person to person. As we use microscopically thin needles and always provide a strong numbing cream to be applied beforehand, the small pricks are usually found to be very manageable.
