Breast augmentation

The appearance of the breasts changes throughout life and is influenced by factors such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight change and skin elasticity. Breast augmentation is one of the most common plastic surgery procedures among women. The desire for breast augmentation may arise due to lack or limited amount of breast tissue, decreased firmness, or the desire to recreate the shape and volume of the breast after pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Methods for breast augmentation

Breast augmentation can be done with your own fat, with implants or with a hybrid of both. A hybrid breast augmentation is a combination of both small implants and autologous fat. If you choose implants, they come in a variety of shapes and sizes. This allows you to customise the result and create the breast shape and size you want. At The Faculty, we only offer breast implants of the highest medical safety level. The implants we use always have CE marking and/or FDA approval.

Natural breast enlargement with body fat

Breast augmentation with autologous fat provides natural breast enlargement without the use of implants. The treatment may need to be repeated to achieve the desired result. The extent to which the breasts can be enlarged is partly limited by the amount of fat available on the rest of the body.
